These terms are between KP NINE (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as The Sports Collective (“we”, “us”) and the person or business that uses Signal (“you”). If you use Signal for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Signal collects performance data from social media accounts you connect and shows it in dashboards, reports and exports. Signal depends on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, whose interfaces and rules can change. Some figures are limited by what a platform shares, and we cannot guarantee that every metric will always be available or complete. Features may change or be withdrawn, and early-access features are provided as they are.
You may connect only accounts you own or have clear permission to connect. You must follow each platform’s own terms and policies, and you can revoke Signal’s access at any time. If a platform revokes or limits access, Signal may stop collecting data for that account, and we are not responsible for that.
You must not:
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only so we can provide Signal to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
Where Signal is offered on paid terms, the price and billing terms will be shown or agreed in writing before you are charged. Pilot and early-access use may be covered by a separate written agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
We work to keep Signal available and to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular response time unless we agree that in writing.
You can stop using Signal at any time and ask us to delete your data (see data deletion). We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or to protect the service, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as liability and ownership) do so after the relationship ends.
Signal is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or data, or for failures of the social platforms Signal depends on, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Signal in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will change the date above. For material changes we will tell workspace owners in advance. Continuing to use Signal after a change means you accept it.
